How our services work in practice:
Non-certified translations
- Clients can send their text to be translated along with the deadline for completion to: preklady@polyglot.cz
- Polyglot will respond with a price quote depending on language, extent of text,expertise required and deadline for completion.
- The client will submit a formal order with relevant information for invoicing if they agree with the price quote and deadline offered by Polyglot
- The client receives translated document/s within terms of the agreed deadline.
Certified translations
- Potential clients can send a scanned copy of the document needing certified translation as well as completion deadline to: preklady@polyglot
- As it is necessary for Polyglot to work with the original document it is recommended to send originals or notarised copies via registered post allowing 2–4 working days after arriving at the Polyglot office in České Budějovice for Polyglot to prepare a price quote and feasible deadline. Polyglot is able to have copies of originals notarised if need be.
- Polyglot will respond with a price quote depending on language, extent of text, expertise required and a date for the earliest possible completion date.
- If client agrees with the price quote and suggested deadline, they should send a formal order with all relevent invoicing data.
- The client receives certified translation of original documents within agreed deadline
